Last year, she posted a clip on her X account, showing a special moment with him. "Since we always enjoy a good game on the holidays … Merry Christmas to everyone celebrating," she wrote. They were seen playing a game where they wrote each other's favorite hobbies on a slate. It seems like Christmas came early for the 2008 French Open winner this year.

They were partners in the mixed doubles category during the Hopman Cup in 2006, 2011, and 2013.

Retirement and Emotions

In December 2016, Ana Ivanovic announced her retirement through a video message. Novak got extremely emotional when he watched it. He couldn't resist sharing his thoughts on the ex-WTA pro. "I was very emotional when I watched it, simply because I've known Ana since we were five years old," he said, as reported by Tennis.com back in January 2017."We go back a long time.
